After registering my rural property, do I already start receiving payments?
Not yet. Your registration will go through an analysis and, as soon as it is approved, we will contact you. After that, your property will be available for adoption. Important: there will only be a financial return from the moment that your area is offset.
How do I know that my property was offset?
When your green area is offset, you will be notified by the Coill team, through the contact means provided.
Is it necessary to send the documentation regarding land tenure?
Yes, it is essential. The Coill team cross-references data with the rural property regulatory agencies. After the regularization verification, your property will be ready to be adopted. This process ensures security for all involved.

May I choose the territory I will offset?
Yes, the Coill team will disclose the available locations for choice and adoption
How can I monitor the area I have offset?
You will be able to follow the adopted area by satellite monitoring. Automatic notifications will be sent to your registered contact channels. An additional fee will be charged for monitoring more than sixty hectares. See the table of values here.
