The largest and most famous coffee chain in the world, with 35,000 points of sale in 83 countries, Starbucks is unable to ensure that the coffee sold in its stores is not associated with serious labor and human rights crimes, such as low wages, cold food for harvest workers, inadequate accommodation, job insecurity, child labor and even slave labor.
